All tickets are non-refundable. In some cases, we may allow name changes. Contact us to discuss options.
No. The event has a strict no re-entry policy for both nights whether you are booked to stay at the hotel or not this rule applies to all attendees.
- Sunday: Formal All Black with Masquerade Mask (Masquerade Ball).
- All Black attire is only required on our Sunday event and must be stylish, head-to-toe black outfits. This is part of our unique visual identity.
Limited stock may be available, but guests are advised to bring their own for the best style and comfort.
No. Guests must arrange their own. We have negotiated a 15% discount on your booking fee if you book via our website link situated on the home page.
Parking is available on the side on a first-come, first-served basis.
Yes. Please contact us in advance for any specific needs.
Yes. VIP guests receive a 3-course meal. General guests can purchase food from on-site vendors from 7.00pm.
Yes. You can pre-order drinks packages for collection at the venue or as part of VIP service.
Yes. Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options are available. Notify us in advance.
Professional cameras are not allowed unless authorised. Phones are welcome.
